Thanksgiving Break

Well I hope everyone had a wonderful thanksgiving, I had 4 separate dinners to go which I hosted for a few friends. So after all that good food and pie its time to get back to eating healthy again. This morning I had regular oatmeal cooked on the stove which I added a banana too, I think it was just the thing to get me back on track. For lunch today I’ll probably have some quinoa and rice with some hummus and some kind of fruit..not sure about dinner yet but i’ll think of something!
